We are unable to accept returns on our services, as we offer a digital product, meaning the order would have been fulfilled as soon as the pack is received by the customer.
Are any purchases final sale?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
How will I receive my order?
Your order will be emailed to the same email used to purchase the vendor pack chosen. This email should be sent to your inbox, within a couple minutes from purchase.
What will i receive in my order?
You will receive an email with a download link, giving you immediate access to all vendors and the 'All The Sauce' Guide, depending on which pack you purchase.

A vendor is just another word for a seller. They’re the people or businesses that provide things you can buy—like clothes in a shop or even digital products online. Basically, a vendor is anyone who sells something to others.

YES! Each supplier has been used and tested by a number of our members and are still actively in use to this day.
Select suppliers may offer payments via third party platforms to allow your order to be monitored and protected, guaranteeing your order arrives with you or your money back.
When will I get my order?
Your vendor pack will arrive to your email inbox within a couple of minutes of purchase.
The products from the vendors, usually take between 8-12 days delivery time to your selected address.
What's the difference between £40 Monclizzy Vendor and the other garment vendors?
The £40 Monclizzy Vendor only stocks 3 models of moncs jackets, The Vezere, Maya and Grimpeurs Windbreaker.
The other Garment vendors stock all models of every brand and product as well as triple A quality garments, depending on the vendor chosen.
What is triple A Grade Quality?
Triple A (AAA) grade quality refers to the highest available quality level within a specific product category, based on materials and overall finish.
